3. After your application is completed, you will get an e-mail to confirm your registration.

Payment by credit card only. VISA and Master Card are available.
Please complete the payment by following date.

• Early Registration: October 16, 2012, 23:59 (JST)
• Late Registration: October 31, 2012, 23:59 (JST)

Change / Cancellation

Please send e-mail to the symposium office with your registration ID number (i.g. [R00xx]) written in the title of confirmation mail when you registerd. We DO NOT refund your payment.

On-site registration : on November 15-16, 2012

We accept payment only by cash in Japanese Yen at the symposium registration desk.
On-line registration and payment are strongly recommend to participants from overseas.
