Payment by credit card only. VISA and Master Card are available. Please complete the payment by following date.

• Early Registration: June 30, 2013, 24:00 (JST)  closed
• Late Registration: July 30, 2013, 24:00 (JST)

Change / Cancellation

Please send e-mail to the symposium office with your registration ID number (i.g. [R00xx]) written in the title of confirmation mail when you registerd. We DO NOT refund your payment.

On-site registration : on August 29-30, 2013

We accept payment only by cash in Japanese Yen at the symposium registration desk. On-line registration and payment are strongly recommend to participants from overseas.
