On-site registration is available for those who would like to attend the DPS2016.

How to apply

2. Fill in the form.

3. After your application is completed, you will get an e-mail to confirm your registration.

Payment by credit card only. VISA and Master Card are available. 
Please complete the payment by following date.

• Early Registration: October 14, 2016, 23:59 (JST)
• Late Registration: November 7, 2016, 23:59 (JST)

Change / Cancellation

Please send e-mail to the symposium office with your registration ID number (i.g. [R00xx]) written in the title of confirmation mail when you registerd. We DO NOT refund your payment.

On-site registration : on November 21-22, 2016

We accept payment only by cash in Japanese Yen at the symposium registration desk.
On-line registration and payment are strongly recommend to participants from overseas.
