On-line Registration
How to apply
- Click on the "On-line registration" button to open On-line Registration System.
- Click the "Next" button for New Registration.
- Fill in the form.
- After your application is completed, you will get an e-mail to confirm your registration.
Payment
- After you complete your registration, please click the "Go to Payment Page" button.
Visa, MasterCardR, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club Card are available.
For VISA, MasterCardR, and JCB cardholders: This system supports 3-D Secure for certain cardholders in order to provide a more secure online payment experience.
Please complete the payment by following date.
- Early Registration: October 8, 2021, 23:59 (JST)
- Late Registration: November 19, 2021, 16:59 (JST)
* 参加費のクレジット決済は、株式会社JTB 西日本が代行して行います。
* 参加費は不課税です。
*The receipt of registration fee will be available for download in "My Page" from October 12th.

Banquet will NOT be held this time. Instead, we will set up "Free discussion time" to use the break time and so on, so please join us.
Change / Cancellation
*In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.
*Please note all refunds will be made after the Conference.
*Please revise and/or cancel your registration by logging-in to your "My Page".
